About Me

I am a healthcare worker, who in my spare time cooks and develops super easy recipes for my family, with my cat companion Kona! While I cook, Kona (a dog disguised as a cat), helps to ensure that my floor and dishes remain clean by jumping on any messes or crumbs that might land at her feet. Each day is never dull, and sometimes the only way to get through it is a cup of coffee in one hand, a piece of cake in the other- and Kona trying to get her paws on both! *I am not a professional cook, and will not provide health care related advice to comments or inquiries.
